A. We always provide a preview proof (sent directly to your email). As a result, you can look everything over before giving us the go ahead to print.
Q. This is a thank you gift for one of our employees and I am a little last minute… how quickly can I receive it?
A. Our team carries out all printing and framing in-house to ensure quality control and a fast turnaround. If you are working on a tight timeline just give us a heads up in your order notes at checkout and we’ll prioritize your order. Furthermore, expedited shipping options are also available if you feel you need to go that route.
Q. Can this framed thank you guest book be easily hung on a wall?
A. Yes, our USA made frames all come with hardboard backing, acrylic glaze, and a sawtooth hanger already fixed in place. As a result, your framed and personalized alphabet photography print is ready to hang straight out of the box!
Q. This is an appreciation gift for an employee and I am not going to the event… can I provide an alternative shipping address to mine?
A. Of course, we would be happy to send directly to the recipient! Additionally, we also include complimentary gift wrapping and a handwritten gift message service (just type out the message in your order notes at checkout and we’ll take care of that for you).
